Sync so far has been QUITE disappointing, a week into owning our Explorer and it had Nav faults that were supposedly fixed by updating to 2.11, noticed the other day that most of the Travellink options are not updating...i.e. just have an hourglass and when you select they just briefly say "Acquiring Data" and nothing happens. Sirius was no help whatsoever, I found a few old posts about pulling fuses or a Master Reset, is that my best option?? Outside of Sync, truck has been great but I'll have to think REAL hard about it as an option on our next Ford...it leaves A LOT to be desired.

This just started for me today too! Hour glass on all the travel link sections. My x is about 2 weeks old.

this started happening to me once I updated to v2.11, anyone know what's the fix for this?

Mine started acting up today again. Here is the thread: http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=325271&highlight=Travel+Link&page=2
I find fuse 29 is the least disruptive (don't have to re link the phone). I've gotten pretty proficient at it. Leave it out for several minutes before putting it back in.

Wanna know what's weird? My travel link started updating every 15 minutes! I know because my USB started skipping every 15 minutes or so and I would go to the weather map just afterwards and it would be just updated....

I ended up pulling fuse 29 because it shouldn't skip like that and the nav kept taking longer and longer to find the GPS signal. I think the memory leaks just caught up to me.

Mine hasn't updated for 3 days now. Going to pull fuse 29 if I can find it. Still have no clue where the fuse box is. All I know is it's near the break pedal but don't see anything!

Its not near the brake pedal, its near the PARKING brake pedal.

OK I must be blind or somthing I was looking for about 5 minutes under there and didn't see anything! Do I need to remove some trim or something!?!? I shouldn't have to be doing this on a 2 week old vehicle.

If anyone can take a pic and point a huge arrow to where I need to go I'd appreciate it.
