Was wondering if anyone knows whether someone out there makes custom rock sliders for Ford Explorers, specifically a 97 Explorer Sport. I had a set made up for my 1994 Toyota by Jeff at Badland Bumpers here in WA. He specializes in Toyota and Suzuki. Anyhow, Jeff took a look at my buddies explorer and well it doesn't look as though he could have sliders welded to the frame as there is a fuel line on the inside of the frame rail. I guess that the frame is only a "C" section, not even a complete box section tube, so any sliders would have to be a clamp on or bolt on affair.
