small torsion

Plannin on doin the 1.5-2" lift. If i turn the torsion bars only an inch higher from stock could i get away with not getting an alignment.

Not only will you need an alignment, but you'll also need to install a set of camber adjusters before you bring it in to the alignment shop (because camber can not be adjusted with the stock "cams" and "cam bolts"):
