Snowbash for Northeast/Midatlantic?

Is it noticable from a distance?

I think I'm gonna hold off on getting my "bullet hole" fixed until I find a hood scoop from an 83 or 84 mustang. I'm also going to get the black plastic piece on the rear hatch painted green. Damn, I hate when I get damage. It makes me do all sorts of crazy stuff which makes me spend even more money. :o

Yeah it was quite a site seeing chris torch off the cross member... let me see what he set on fire... passenger side steering rack bushing, passengerside brake line, tie rod boot (multiple times) and of course the oily rag that was 4 ft away from chris yet managed to erupt in flames. Im still suprised i didnt have to use the fire extinguisher. :)
I got a t-case, leaf springs, and chris's front axle this weekend. All thats left is a body lift and rims, 4.10s for the rear and then i should be good to go.

Got 33s, buying body lift now waiting for Lizardtrac to sell me his axle and gears

dude.. ya gotta change ur sig. now... my axle is urs... ur no longer waiting for it...... anyway, up to date... stripped down the 44, got a steering box today, gonna mount the springs ....

Hey, your slacking off. Where is the daily status report on XX.com? :)

Speaking of 2wd, I didn't escape unscathed from this last PAP outing....I was under my truck today, hosing down all the bushings with oil in a sad attempt to cut down the squeaking, and I spotted some 'dirt' on the muffler and back bumper. Turns out I must've peppered the pass side when I was doing donuts in that parking lot, because there's a zillion little dents in the chrome tip and all over the bumper

That's damage? Chris, Doug and I spent a few hours last night changing my universal, pretty bad. Found out that I need all new seals in the hub assembly, new ball joints all around, new wheel bearings, and radius arm bushings. Time to start building the D44, start looking for parts this week.

Is it noticable from a distance?

Nahhh, it's only noticable if you're me ;) Seriously, I'm goingto wait another year or two (when the chrome pipe really starts to look bad) then I'll get a smaller pipe tip welded on...the bumper's not bad at all, just around the edge where it meets the 1/4 panel. I just thought it was funny :D

Jeez, Rat-think you could do any more damage? lol

.....Lizard, did you really set all that on fire?

I'll try my best;)

.....Lizard, did you really set all that on fire?

Yes he really did set everything i mentioned on fire... but let me tell you it was alot of fun wondering what was gonna catch on fire next. :D

My tips are stainless steel and they are pretty much indestructable. They were definatly worth the extra money. Too bad they will out-last the rest of the exhaust system. :(

rat I have a set of polyurthane radius arm bussing if you want them, I will throw them in with the rims

poly bushing's are no good if you are gonna offroad... they take away from articulation ALOT ... they dont give as much as rubber....

I'm going to solve my front end problems once and for all, I have the axle, gonna find spindles, brakes, springs, and new arms, get it ready to go in, and swap it in empty, worry about 4wd later:D

i would use 4" lift springs.... with a sas thatll give you about 6.5 inches of lift.

Waht I was told on RRORC, is to use 3.5" lift early Bronco springs, they flex real good, and would provide 6" on the Ranger. They all said that the TTB lift springs won't flex well at all. Here goes nothing:D

No Chris, I'm not racing, I just saw that my driverside radius arm is hitting the frame, I think I bent something up front:(

In other news, Doug, you must be having pretty good luck all of a sudden. To top off my list of repairs, I blew my belt tensioner tonight

heh heh heh better him than me.... just wait till he finds out what I charge for a used belt tensioner... :D

hey, don't forget the tow bill:D
