SOA with 2 sport springs on a 4 door = how much lift.

I am in need of new springs on my 95 XLT I am wondering how much lift I will get if I do a spring over axle using a set of 2 door sport springs? Does anyone know.

I am just tossing ideas around in my head.

soa is about 5-6" automatically. the sport springs will sag and possibly sit negative in my opinion. did the soa on my 91 4 dr and they are close to flat already.
