Software to program modules on third generation explorer

Live in the UK and just bought a jap imported third generation explorer 2005, did the cruise control switch swap for the extra buttons to control climate and audio (have digital climate but no radio fitted yet)
Anyway climate buttons don't work from steering buttons? Can anyone suggest best software for reprogramming modules on a third generation of this age as would also like to remove chime when in reverse and seatbelt warning etc.
I have tried Forscan but doesn't seem to show all modules.

If FORScan doesn’t do it, you’ll likely need IDIS.

On our 2004 ford explorer we had to buy an elm adapter to that had a switch1 side did most of the modules the other did a couple
Just my experience
We did not modify anything just poking around

I know ForScan can program PATS keys but does anyone know if they've added the ability to enable neutral towing mode/putting the transfer case in neutral without a Ford IDIS?
