SOHC Thermostat Hose

Old car I know, but does anyone know if the little hose from the bottom of the thermo housing is available or is it just a certain size and cut to fit thanks I can't seem to locate one

It is a specific sized hose. For the 4.0L V6, the Ford part is # KM3269:

Thanks so much I may have been looking for the wrong hose I know there's one on top also, some pics are useless on certain sites
