Some shine better.

Just got my new platinum limited. How is it that some explorers in these photos seem to shine like glass. There must be some secret to making the paint so shiney. Any ideas will be apprechiated and hopefully tried. Thanks again for all the great help. Philip Odenweller

i use lucas oil slick mist it works beautifully and its very user friendly just spray on and buff off with a soft clothe. a little pricey but well worth it

I think the darker colors shine up better than the whites. I have seen a couple of platinums around. Actually spoke to a guy who had one, we were getting gas at the same time. Mine is tuxedo black, he was amazed at how much it was shined up. I haven't put anything on it. Still factory finish. Just wash her up with water and dry her off with a soft towel. Glistens.
