Spark Plug help

Is it possible to remove the metal collar that cover's the 2 rear plugs on the passenger side? The forward most one was misaligned and I tried bending it, among other things to get to the plug. To make a long story short, there is now a small amount of metal lodged between the plug and the collar. If I can't remove the collar, then my only other thought is to take a dremel to it and shave it down until I can get it with the plug socket.

Oh I just posted in the other thread but since yours are messed up already just grab it with some sort of pliers and rip it out, its pretty soft material, I was able to hammer a socket through one to remove the plug once and when the plug is out it almost falls out
