Spark Plug recommedations?

I'm thinking of changing, for the first time, the spark plugs of my '02 Explorer XLS MT V6 4.0. Any suggestions on what might be better than factory plugs? I only have 40k miles on mine.

I put the Autolite double platinum plugs in and are happy with them. But why do you want to change your plugs now? Is the engine running rough? Usually you can get 100k out of stock plugs. I changed mine at 90k and they still were not causing the engine to run rough.

I like the PLATINUM +4's. i have always used them in every car....
