What is the best spark plugs to use on my 2000 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer?

There are already a lot of topics on this. Some say they don't like certain brands, others say that brand works fine for them. The most popular answer would be best is motorcraft, irridium then double platinum, then (single) platinum, then the short lived std nickle often just called copper.

I wouldn't use copper but how much to spend beyond that could depend on how long you like to wait to change plugs vs chance they get seized in the engine, and whether you realistically expect to own it long enough to change the plugs the time after this. Once a vehicle depreciates to a certain point I stop putting premium parts on it so long as the other choice isn't generic junk.
