I'm trying to replace my HU for another stock ford one that's newer with the cd player working. All connects up fine on power etc. Can run speakers connected directly to the HU but when i run the outputs into the paired speaker wires i get no output at the speakers. All speakers work with previous HU. Speaker wire connector at HU wire colors differ from that at door speakers.
Original HU = F87F-18C815-CA
New HU = 4L2T-18C815-EA
I'm assuming there's an amp somewhere but i have a storage cubby at the back right so seemingly no amp there. Where else have they hidden these things. I can straight bypass it once i know where it is.
