Sport V8 Engine Swap

Is it even possible to swap a 5.0 V8 into the '96 Sport? I know that the XLTs and EBs had V8s, but I haven't seen anyone so much as talk about putting one into a 2 door. Would you have to use the V8 that came in the 4 doors, or would you use one from a 'stang or a crate engine? And how much would it cost? If I'm gonna do an engine swap(as I'd like to) I don't want to sink money into an Intake or Exhaust system for the 6. ANy insight would be appreciated.

Don't know about the engine size but i can tell ya a v8 swap is a never ending money pit...be better off just buying a v8 4-door as it wont take loads of money and about 6months of work.

there has been talk about it and some people have attempted it i think... its just not a normal swap as the v8 was never available in a sport like the v8 was available in a 4 door
