Spotlight removal helo

My PIU came with a driver's side spotlight. Don't really need it and don't need the attention it brings. I searched the forum and found posts about adding spotlights but not removing them. I removed the three screws from the outside and several hex bolts as well but it won't budge. Anyone out there don't this without using a big hammer?

Once you remove the hex head/phillips screws from the outside and behind the A-Pillar, you have to tap it out. I believe there is a chrome ring on the inside of the shaft the keeps it from moving. The 2020+ is a tight fit compared to the older PIU’s.

You might want to look at the directions for a Unity Spotlight. They might make the one for the PIU.

Spotlight question...

So my 2015 PIU came with a spotlight on both sides and I'm removing the passenger side light...what do you guys use to cover up the hole? Is there a plate available?
