Hey guys got a problem..

When I turn the steering wheel right about 2-3 inches in a very shallow right turn the front end has a loud squeak. If I turn past that point it stops. I'm kind of new at this and am hoping for some help on where to start looking.

I think it might be a drive shaft since the noise fluctuates with speed. What is the best way to check on that?

I could check this by jacking up the front end and seeing if there is movement in the wheel right? How do I tell if its an upper or lower ball joint also?
Thanks

Is it a squeak or a moaning noise. Mine moans on left hand turns. I dont know what it is. Maybe its the same thing?
