This only happens once the temperature starts to drop. The very first time I accelerate I hear a squeaking noise from the engine. Sound stops immediately after I let off the accelerator. It goes away after the engine has warmed up and almost never happens during the summer. Any idea what could be going on here?

Sounds like a belt issue, perhaps the serpentine is getting worn and slipping a bit or a tensioner is acting up? This kind of stuff will be impacted by cold temps.

My 2015 does this every time you start the vehicle and accelerate. Always just on first acceleration. It has done this since brand new and Ford was unable to find an issue. Mine happens year round. Notice it more when colder but is still there all summer.
