Stalling, hesitation, miss firing

On my 05 explorer the cel is on codes are miss fire detected on start up, random miss fire, miss fire cylinder 1, miss fire cylinder 3, miss fire cylinder 5. It hesitates in low rpm high load situations. Plugs are new, air filter is clean, 41 psi fuel pressure, I'm running out of ideas any help would be appreciated.
