99 ford explorer I got a new starter and put it on . Originally my old starter would just click once and not do anything then it would spin and u could hear it spinning but no cranking or clicking of any sorts and now the new starter u can hear it spinning and my ignition switch fuse was blowing every other time I tried to start it but weirdest thing is that I ended up putting a 20 fuse in the ignition switch slot and it quit blowing the fuse and did the clicking but not cranking the truck but now u just hear the starter spinning and I put another 50 fuse back cuz I finally got more fuses someone plz help
