Hello! I shiped my 2002 ford explorer to Belize and it has been a miricle truck! at present I have no sound what so ever, when i turn the key. I replaced the starter, can get fan and belts to move with fully charged battery by jumping hot wire to small wire. The black ground wire i have on the starter mounting bolt? not sure if that needs to move? all fuses replaced, relay re saudered (as hard to find). but seems like fuel pump is not working eather? so can't get a start. So lost now, inigition switch? relay i am unawaire off?

Sounds to me like you are not getting power to the power distribution block.

Fusible link.

You are looking for something similar to this in the wire running to the Power distribution block.

It is a inline fuse.

If it is bad and parts are hard to get where you are you can use one of an equivalent current capacity from any vehicle. Or you could bypass with any type fuse also with the equivalent current rating.

DO NOT JUST BYPASS IT. IF YOU HAVE A SHORT CIRCUIT SOMEWHERE YOU CAN CAUSE SEVERE DAMAGE OR FIRE!
