starting problem and p0174

About a month ago my mom '99 explorer had a problem with the fuel pump. a little hose that goes from the gas to the pump disconnect. So, we fix it. Everything seem ok until a few weeks later my mom start experiencing problems with cranking the car and getting ecu code p0174. eventually the process of cranking start becoming a little longer than usually and it feels as if it didnt had any power on the battery. please help

PO174 is a lean code, meaning there is not enough fuel going to your engine. I would checked the fuel hose you fixed before.
