Starting problem

I have a 94 explorer and it having a hard time starting I put a new fuel pump and new fuel filter in it. It has a new coil pack new plugs and wires new mass are flow sensor new fuel pressure regulator new crank shaft sensor new ignition switch. Someone told me it might brew losing fuel pressure when I turn it off.

What does it do or not do exactly. Just turns over will not fire up. Does it sound like it want to fire? Or does it fire up just won't stay idling..
