My brother and I will be doing the axle swap on his 98 explorer soon. We are using a Dana 44 froma 76 f150 that will be narrowed 6inches. Leaf springs from a wgoneer.
Ideally we would do some flat-top knuckles so the tie rods are above the leaf spring. Are there any options to use the stock steering knuckles without having clearance issues between the drag link and leaf springs? Or is high-steer the only way? Thanks
