Steering wheel position does not always return to memory position

I have a '13 EX limited fwd. I've started noticing that on about the every 4-5 time I start it, the steering wheel does not return to the position I have it set to on the saved seat settings. It seems to be happening more frequently. Has anybody experienced this and had it fixed or have a fix?

I had similar a problem with my steering wheel, drivers seat and outside mirrors. Finally I had no power to any of those devices. Dealer replace the "door module" about 2 months ago, everything has been fine since.
