stuck in snow, now check light on

today i got stuck in a snow drift and had to rock my explorer and get a slight tow to get it out. i hooked the chain around the left a arm where there was no electrical or coolants or anything. now my check engine light is on and i dont know if i broke something or if its from being revved up alot

any ideas?
ps ive had the truck for three days and have no money left to fix it at the moment
