Sub direction in a bandpass

Just wondering:

I have a dual sub bandpass box with Plexi in the front chamber (Sealed), and the back chamber is ported. Am I aiming the subs the right way? When I look at bandpass diagrams, the face of the sub is always aimed towards the ported chamber. I just assumed that the box had a 30 degree slope in the front glass so the subs should aim that way.

you can do it either way, it may sound just a bit different however, as youre taking airspace out of the chamber with the frames/mags in it.
