The passenger rear quarter panel will have a mesh portion built into it. This is for the speaker. If you don't have it, you probably have a nook type pocket.
Remove the interior panels on pillars C and D. Using a large torx bit (don't recall size, 45 maybe) loosen and remove lower seat belt mount (second row) then pop rear panel covering subwoofer off.
cut/damaged wires or bad amplifier. Trace your wires back to the amp, then see what you find. If nothing, you may have a bad amp. Or, you may have a bad speaker... trial and error.
