Sun visor removal

2007 Ford Sport Trac
I need to remove the driver side sun visor on my 2007 Sport Trac. How does the mirror lite wire disconnect?
 






once you pull out the 3 screws, the wire goes up above the headliner to an inline connector. it may be glued down.
