Super Turbo Dynomax or Flowmaster muffler ??

Hey guys I´m looking now to upgrade my V6 OHV, I got so far to brands of universal muffler that I think it would help to gain some ponies on my truck. One is the super turbo from Dynomax and the other one is Flowmaster both in 100% aluminum, I would like to hear comments on which one is better, more gain in hp & torque, quality/price relation, etc.

I have the Dynomax, and it has definitely helped, although I can't give any actual numbers. It's been on about 4 years now, and I'm happy. I also had a muffler shop mandrel bend a new 2 1/2 " pipe at the same time. This also helped, I'm sure, since I've essentially done a cat-back ( they said there wasn't any point of going to 3" pipe like I first wanted, 'cause the V6 just doesn't put out the exhaust to need it), but the custom pipe is as high and tight as possible to reduce the possibility of trail damage. Nor sure about the Dynomax pipe that comes with their cat-back kit, if it's the same routing as the OEM pipe, you may have a problem O.R. On that same note, one of the reasons I went with the Dynomax was the cost: about 1/3 of the Flower... I've seen too many exhaust parts become trail trash to want to spend too much money on that system.... the Borlas for instance are great, but they probably will get munched, and that's money out the window!

i have the flowmaster and i love it. it gives it a smooth sound that some of the other mufflers dont do. ive heard dynomax mufflers on v8's and they sound like it is under water. dont want my explorer sounding like a rice burner.

Thanks to you all guys, I´m going for the flowmaster definitely. here in Venezuela I don´t know why?, they cost the same, so regarding money saving is not an issue here. The responses I got from you and some research done down here, lead me to get the flowmaster (going for in about two hours),I can´t wait to hear that baby. Now I´m waiting for my K&N induction kit, is arriving from the States next week. You don´t know how lucky you guys are, all you have to do is go and get it, besides down here everything is about 300% expensier at least.
