My install kit ...Moddbox... is being delivered today I plan on installing everything next weekend and preparing everything this week
...next weekend is my wife's day off...
Look forward to hearing some responses and opinions helpful hints
The only thing I am worrying about is the wire harness below the stock lower intake

What makes you worried about the wiring harness? Does it need to be moved (extended)?
Thanks for sharing, can't wait to see the install kit and manifold.
I really really wanted to supercharge a V6 but ultimately decided to go v8 to get the stronger trans
So the Thunderbird was a 3.8? Does that M90 have enough displacement for the Sohc?

I may have to move the wires I'm not sure yet
Thanks for the pic @2000StreetRod

Interested in this...I have been researching this upgrade for a little bit for a project I am in the process of putting together and a 70 hp boost is nothing to sneeze at.

dont paint the case. it will trap heat (and if you know anything about eaton superchargers, the nick name for them is heaton). search member 4pointslow. he had a m90 in his sport at one time

badass!!!! So nice to see aftermarket support for our engines even if its roots are in the Mustang

Cool. Let us know around a $ figure once completed.

Very cool idea! My other car has an M90 Eaton (2000 Pontiac GTP), I love it, BOOST is addicting!
My 4.0L OHV could defineatley use some BOOST!
Question: On a custom installation such as a SOHC 4.0l in an Explorer, how is the extra fuel needed for the extra air administered? Does the factory ECM get reprogrammed?

No ecm programming with the 3.5 psi pulley
And a good fuel pump to keep the pressure static
Now you can set it up for more boost with a upgraded mass airflow sensor
Injector s
And a tune
Can add a intercooler
Lots of fun stuff

So I put oil in the blower
I painted it black
Installed the pulley quick change adaptor
And the pulley with the stainless steel hardware

All the hardware is stainless steel ...nice

Cool!
I ran the Banshee kit up to 10 or 12lbs with alcohol injection............
I tuned with Tweecer, kinda cool to be able to monitor IAT and have the computer pull timing if it's hot. Even at 5lbs a little less timing and more fuel would make a difference plus you could do some tranny tuning............
