does anyone know of any long travel suspensions available for an 05? and if not, how difficult it would be to fab one up? alonge the same lines, is there any wide body kits for the third gens?

no and no. Macnos is fabbing up his own SAS. And other members are trying to make custom fender flares.

It can be done, but not for cheap. It would have to be a one off custom kit, with custom CV axles which drive the cost higher.

Not that difficult - just takes time . So first get a welder.
