Swap OE radio without loss of SYNC?

Since the XLT has no NAV options, yet does have SYNC options (which I have) I'm wondering if I can swap in a aftermarket NAV radio for the OE radio without the loss of SYNC or other factory functions? THANKS!

Will all of the SYNC functions be lost?

I'm going to venture a guess and say no, unless someone makes a conversion system for a aftermarket radio.

Yes there is a harness that retains ALL sync functions, downfall is it costs about $250.
