swapped a tranny now it wont start

I swapped a used tranny in my 01explorer today it had been sitting for a few days i started it up the night before i did the swap, and now i got everything hooked up right but the damn thing wont turn at all .everything has power but the starter wont turn , i took the starter in to get checked n it passed

if the strater wont turn at all after testing, its probably a ground issuethere are ways to make that starter engage if its capable, but look to cable issues first and let us know

if you have power, and all the dash lights come on, and nothing happens when you turn the key, i would recheck and make sure the harness going to the trans is plugged in all the way. this happened to me last year. it took me a hour to figure that one out.
