We just ordered a new 2010 Eddie Bauer Explorer. The EB comes with a all black roof rack. The Limited comes with what appears to be the same rack except the long horizontal bars are chrome with black end caps. Can I order those chrome rails from Ford and just replace the black ones that come on our new one? Is it hard to remove the rack itself? Can I remove just one end cap to get the long rail off and swap it to chrome? We ordered the chrome wheels etc. and thought the chrome rack would really set it off. I also am getting the chrome limited mirror caps and will replace the painted EB ones when we get it. Thanks!
