switch from US to European position light/turn signal

I moved to Switzerland from the US and I brought my 2004 Explorer with me. The problem I have is the combined position light/turn signal. In Europe (Switzerland) the position lights must be white/clear and the turn signal amber. Don't know how this setup is different on the European version versus the US version of the Explorer? Is there a different housing and harness or something else?
