Sync 3 NAV & Bluetooth

I live in a new sub division and my street is not on the map for my nav system. When I leave my house, the NO GPS indicator will appear on the map after about 3 minutes. Sometimes the map will work fine and sometimes the map will show a totally different location from where I am. I've found the when the NO GPS indicator is showing on the map, the hands free blue tooth for the phone does not work. If I turn off the vehicle and wait about 5 minutes everything will work fine when I start up again. Has anyone else had this issue? This only happens when I leave my house and nowhere else.

Not sure why this only happens in a certain place. The fact that your street isn't on the map should have nothing to do with no GPS signal. On my previous vehicles I noticed it can sometimes take a few minutes for the GPS to lock in but with my 2017 it has never been an issue.
