Sync Updating Issues

I followed the ford instructions and put the files on the thumbdrive, but its stalled at "installing file 4 of 10" for an hour now. I took out the thumbdrive hoping to do a master reset, but now it keeps asking for the usb again. How do i make it stop asking for the usb so i can reset it or how do i make it continue updating?

Well, I pray to God I dont need a trip to the dealership on this. Currently waiting 30min with the battery disc' to reset everything. Update showed Complete on the screen after about 10 min, but when I got back in the truck to leave and plugged my music usb back in, I get an update failed voice...
