T case makes sounds when turning shaft

hey,

Ive got my transfer case removed and was turning the shafts to check for problems and heard a loud ball bearing clank sound when i move the shaft quickly one way or the other. Doesnt sound good to me. Anyone heard something similar? sounds kinda like shaking a spray paint can.

Ive got a 95 v6 4x4 auto ex.

My 1354 case made some noise if you did that, yet everything seems fine (probably the oil pump inside there going back and forth).

Only good way to find out if there's an issue for sure though is to have a look inside it.
