Taking out center console in '00 Explorer...

How would I take out the center console? I'm trying to run an iPod cable from the back of my Alpine CDA-9883 through the center console and into the armrest. Any help is appreciated.

start by pulling out the plastic holder closest to the stereo, then the cup holder pulls out, and that should be all you need to remove. There aren't any screws incase your wondering, just plastic clips holding those pieces in.

Oh, well that's pretty simple haha. Thanks for the fast reply! I thought I'd have to do something else, I didn't wanna break anything trying to pull those out so I figured I'd come here and ask first. Thanks for your help!

The front pocket pulls out at a 45* angle. Be careful when pulling the cup holder section out. Gently pop the portion closest to the arm rest first. The two tabs at the top are very easy to break.
