John.... first let me tell you how I resort to finding part numbers for FORD. Online there is a parts locator called PartsVoice (www.partsvoice.com) You can put in year and make and model and it will let you idnetify the part and it will give you the part #.
Using that I came up with F5TZ-7F037-AA as your TCC solenoid part #. Dealer list is $178... price it through Torrie at FordPartsNetwork (a site sponsor) you'll save a bunch.
The long number you had (1604810) was a replacement ashtray recepticle. The F77Z number item I could not locate.
