Tech question about front bumper/winch

I'm wanting to add a winch and I know the easiest would be a receiver mount front hitch but I would love to have a hidden mount winch. My thought is to remove the bumper behind the front cover (see pic) and build a new bumper with a winch mount to go in its place. I'm just wanting to check with people as to if this would or wouldn't work.

I was going with the front 2" receiver hitch for bikes on the front , I like to see them on the trip, winch, off road commode and BBQ grill can mount there too!
