My 92 explorer temp. gauge moves very little. it starts at the lowest point and moves up very little when the engine is warm should I replace the temp switch?
Does your engine heat up properly and does the heater work well?
If so it may be your sending unit. You should be able to check the gauge by grounding out the plug. Should peg the gauge. If it does and the thermostat is working properly then I would say sending unit. You can test it but for like 10 bucks I'd just replace it.
