I just bought a 2003 Ford Explorer Sport XLT with a keyless entry pad but
no code. I looked on the web and found this site that had 3 different
locations to find the keyless entry and security box with the 5 digit code on
top but just one had the tread for a 2003 with step by step pictures showing how to do this and there it was behind the passenger side air bag. All I had
to do was to remove 4 bolts and that only took me about 10 minutes to
complete all the steps.
