The 3 Brake lights are inoperative on a 1999 Ranger XLT 4WD Automatic.
Engine starts but will not shift from Park to Drive while pressing brake pedal. Checked Brake lights etc. Bulbs-ok.
Checked fuses and they too are OK.
Brake pedal does not have a mounted brake light switch. Pedal only connects to booster pushrod and a Switch Interruptor is connected to same pin.
All other lights are functional. Replaced Switch Interrupter.
