When I got my Ex it had the light grey grille on it, I wasn't too keen on it and went about trying to change it as seen in previous posts..
Anyway, the intention was always to de-chrome it and mesh the middle...
Well, I'm halfway there. I managed to track down a black NorthFace model that was being broken for bits, So I bagged the bonnet (mine was dented), the grille, the back lights and the rear door (I don't like mine, so I'm updating it to the centre reg plate type) the bonus of the rear door was that it came with tinted glass!!
anyway, I went about replacing the bonnet and grille this afternoon, I'd already got the updated latch kit from Kbabiak so that made my day a lot easier.
After the new bonnet was on, it took me about 30 mins to align it, then I replaced the old chrome grille with a nice black one..
