The front heater vents trickle air while the back console vents blow air.

Hi, I have a '96 explorer and have a question to ask. Got in my truck the other day and I notice that a trickle of air comes out of the vents when the fan is on high (doesn't matter if it's on A/C, defrost, Heat). I then tried the back middle counsel and that seems to work fine. Could my blower motor be out? Any help or suggestions would be very helpful.
