And tommorow I get to go put the jet ski in the water and chill at the lake and fool with the golf cart, so that is gonna be a good time...the only thing is that when Monday rolls around it is back to school and on to Finals...that sucks.

Lucky you! I played last sunday with some customers for the first time this season and I stunk up the damn course.

We did have a great dinner and dancing tonight though, I'm whooped ;)

A small, insignificant thing:

Sprint PCS finally decided to do something nice instead of screwing me over and gave me a nice new free flip-phone. Being a customer service manager, I was EXTREMELY impressed by the customer service associate who helped me.

For the first time in my life, a business actually said to me (exact words), "Sir, what can I do to keep you as a customer? What would make you happy?".

I'm about to call back and speak with her manager to let them know what a great employee they have.

I have Sprint too, every once and a while you can find a good egg but they're few and far between ;)

Had a few friends over for sushi last night and watched "AirJaws" on Discovery about the Great Whites in South Africa that leap completely out of the water when they attack seals. Now I'm heading out to grab a couple cold ones with two of my groomsmen come this October. Cheers! :chug:

After two months of not being with my family because I have been stuck at my sisters house with a dislocated knee cap I can finally get in and out of My X good enough to drive. I will be making the drive back to the San Fran bay area to be with my lady and little girl again! I have missed the hell out of them! Another good thing is I will be back in time to go to the doctors and find out if my new baby is a boy or girl! One more week togo, I am so happy, just wanted to share that:D :D :D

I haven't been in the frame of mind to post here much. Hard to wake up positive when you go to bed thinking of the debt you are in.

BUT!!!

I paid off my BMW this month and am in the process of refinancing my house at 2.25% lower than I financed it for 3 years ago.

This frees up about $300 a month.:D I can now see being debt-free before TOO long now!!

Positive!

Yes, I am a happy man who should count his blessings more often. On a side note, I received excellent customer care from Verizon. Was going to switch to a better deal offered by Sprint, but Verizon sent me a new trimode phone free overnight, and beat the Sprint deal by $5 a month. Maybe they are trying to "outnice" each other?

i got my new ranger! WOOOOO HOOOOO! since the dealership offered me 0 dollars trade in, the explorer is now doing what it does best. sitting in my front yard, leaking tranny fluid. But my new ranger is sweeeeet. 4x4, 4.0, Regular cab, automatic, fully loaded with power everything. The little truck roasts the rear tires like it is going out of style. I love it! im off to wal-mart to buy floor mats and an Air-Filter now. It is sooo nice to look at the odometer and see 70,000 miles, instead of over double that amount.

Getting ready to head over Namitey's and have our abreviated Memorial Day BBQ, in the rain, but it's still cool. Spend the day with my G/F, and the friends that matter most:D
Thank you to all those who served our country to make it what it is today

Good Stuff!

Well it was a positive day! And now that the day is over I am happy because I have all three of my kids with me. Normally I only have my two daughters, but today I also have my son, for that I am thankful!! This has been the best thanksgiving for me in years!! I got to roll, it is kid time!!!

Positive schmositive! anywhoo, one thing that can work well or at least make you feel better is doing the right thing, and one quote that I've heard from my dad and my uncles, was my late grandma (who was very traditional) always told them as kids "do things out of the goodness of your heart" Now it may not socially be the best thing, or friends might bag on ya, but then at least you can say you did the right thing, and although I don't live by it enough, I do try my best...

I was in home depot shopping for some laminated flooring with my mom and my niece. we found what we wanted so i went to get a cart to carry the wood. as i got to the end of the aisle, my niece notices i am gone and she comes flying fown the aisle with a bottle in one hand and her suckie in the other running faster than i have ever seen her yelling unlce uncle. Half way down she throws the bottle and runs even faster until i pick her up and take her with me to get the cart. She is almost 2 and is suprised the crap outta me. The guy walking down the aisle almost wet himself watching her. Then when i did ghet the cart she got inside and stood up right in the middle of it and said hi to everyone we passed. It was a funny shopping trip.
