I am replacing my thermostat housing on my 1996 Ex and I had a leak coming out of the seam on my old thermostat housing. I ordered a new one from RockAuto and the O.D. on the tube where it enters the upper rad hose is smaller than the stock O.D. (sorry didn't have calipers to measure exact). My question is should I return the part? or try and find a smaller upper hose? Has anyone else run into this?
