In this months OFF ROAD magazine Dead Link Removed SI Suspension innovations is making a new 2WD suspension that gives 12" of travel, uses a King coilover shock, and has longer A-arms(4")
and taller spindles. the kit is about $2500 and made for the Ranger but I think this would work on theX?

if you subscribe you should have the issue in hand, if not it should be on newstands by next week..
