Those two accesory bins in the bed have broken lids

I can't find their exact part name but the two flap lids with a twist lock on my truck have broken "hinges." Basically the plastic lid has that thinner plastic that is supposed to act like a hinge. It looks as if im going to need the inner bed sides off to do this job.

Anyone else do this repair? Any tips?
Who sells this lid?

Woops. Honest mistake. If a mod wants to bounce it over it may help others.

A quick part number search showed that its pretty pricy.like $160-180 per.
