I've been to the how-to post for the throttle cable mod, but the how-to page is down, so I don't have a way of knowing how to do this. I saw something that older X's might have a problem because of the tranny shifting at the wrong point or something like that, is that the case for '94s also? I got someone to press the pedal all the way, and the butterfly was just barely open. How far should it be? Should it be flat with same space between top and bottom? Thanks in advance!

Thanks, but it was only my racing pedal. With that pressed in fully the throttle was opening maybe 30%, with it taken off it was fully open.
